The Caribbean is well-known for its laid-back vibe - but Courteney Cox was quite literally letting it all hang out on holiday yesterday.
The 46-year-old actress suffered a bikini malfunction as she plunged into the surf - and her holiday partner Cougar Town co-star Josh Hopkins almost lost his shorts in the sea too.
Courtney has been making her own waves too by holidaying with 40-year-old Josh, although she insists they're just good friends.

Although the actress insists their relationship is 'strictly, strictly platonic', she has got the thumbs up from Hopkins' dad.
The former Friends star looked stunning in a skimpy black bikini as she chilled on the beach with Josh and Coco, her six-year-old daughter with estranged husband David Arquette.
Josh's father, U.S. Congressman Larry Hopkins, told RadarOnline however that he wouldn't mind if his son took things further with the actress.
'I would approve of it. I know he
likes her and is very fond of her. He said she's a very nice person...If
he approves of her, then I approve of her.'

Meanwhile,
a source close to the actress explained to US magazine: 'It's a group vacation. She's close to her
co-stars. She's been like that since Friends. But there's nothing more
going on.'
Yesterday, the
pair looked as if they were almost wearing matching beach outfits, with
Courteney sporting a black and white floral print bikini and Josh
wearing blue floral print shorts.
Courtney separated from Arquette last
year after more than a decade of marriage, but he remains hopeful that the pair will get
back together, telling Oprah last month: 'I know that I will be with her
for my whole life.' They wed in June 1999.'
And Courteney has spoken of her admiration for her spouse - who she co-stars with in new movie Scream 4, out on April 15.
Talking
on Extra she exclaimed: 'Oh my God, I'm so proud of him! (And he's the)
best he's ever looked! He's so cute that I'm like,
dude, I don't understand. Really?! Why are you that cute right now?'

Courteney also recently revealed that she would have 'huge waves of pain' if her marriage to David did not survive.
Last week the estranged couple were pictured out together and went shopping at their local flower market.
The
couple, who have homes in Malibu and Beverly Hills, split at the end of
last year shortly after they had finished filming Scream 4.
David
ensued on a non-stop partying marathon and eventually checked himself
into rehab voluntarily following a wild New Year's Eve party.

After a month in treatment, the pair have been working quietly on mending their relationship, sources told RadarOnline.
In the April issue of Harper's Bazaar magazine, former Friends star Cox said that she has no bad feelings towards him.
She also seemed to hold out hope for a possible reconciliation, saying of her 12-year marriage: 'I don't know what is going to happen.'
Cox has also been linked to her Cougar Town co-star Brian Van Holt since the split.
Arquette spoke to chat show host Oprah about the rumours last month, saying although he did believe there was some truth in it at the time, he now is confident Cox was not romantically linked to Van Holt.
